About PCNOK

The Primary Care Network of Oklahoma is a collaboration of 19 Community Health Centers in the state of Oklahoma. PCNOK was created in 2014 with the purpose of enhancing collaboration amongst organizations. To achieve the triple goal of health care reform (better treatment, healthier individuals, and more efficient use of resources), PCNOK functions as a Clinically Integrated Network (CIN). On behalf of its members, the organization also supports mutual contracting interests such as group purchasing through its many committees. As a clinically integrated system, this organization is the largest network of primary care doctors in the state of Oklahoma, and it serves as a model for others.
